The Cocoa Grinds Report is a quarterly report for cocoa traders and others in the industry. Supplied by NCA for the New York Board of Trade, the report measures the amount of cocoa beans that have been ground during the report period in North America. About 10 chocolate processors contribute their data to the report.
NCA’s role is limited to assisting the International Commodities Exchange in collecting the aggregate grinds from our members and posting the report according to a pre-determined schedule. We are not able to comment to the media or others about the findings or provide any analysis.
